Post election, I am tired of liberals shooting off their mouths, throwing temper tantrums, nitpicking every little issue, generally being bad losers, and acting like spoiled children. Shut up already! Trump won, you lost. Republicans won, Democrats lost. Conservatives won, liberals lost. Get over yourselves. Control yourselves! It's time liberals gave up. Or taped their mouths shut. Freedom of speech? No, you only have freedom of speech from the government, not from other people and organizations outside of government. Don't believe me? A Republican congressman from Texas told a constituent to "shut up" over the weekend during a town hall meeting in his home district.
Congressman Joe Barton, who represents part of the Arlington area, is seen on video calmly explaining that he voted against federal legislation to protect women against violence because he believes that the issue is best left to the states. That prompted several in attendance to yell in disagreement. Barton pointed to one man and told him, "You sir shut up."
Way to go, congressman! Maybe he got the idea from this post.
