The Clowns of Congress

According to their website, the Quinnipiac Poll has published the following poll result: "Do you approve or disapprove of the way Congress is handling its job?" A total of 10% approved of the way Congress is handling its job.
Congress has a 10% approval rating? Why is it that high? How can 10 out of a hundred people approve of the do-nothing bullsh-tting Republican controlled Congress? WHY? Based on what, doing n-o-t-h-i-n-g? 10% of those polled approved of Congress. Are they idiots? What planet do these 10% live on?
And, though 10% approved of Congress, 84% disapproved. Yes, that totals 94%. What about the other 6%? They said they didn't know (or the question was not applicable). Didn't know? Not applicable? What planet do THOSE people live on? OK, maybe they just didn't give a sh-t. I can understand that. What I can't understand is the 10% who approved of Congress. Oh, wait a minute, maybe the 10% are friends and family of the members of Congress. Or government workers, government workers who can show up and do NOTHING - and get paid for it.
For Americans in their right mind, the approval rating of Congress should be no higher than 2%. If that high.
