New York (CNN) "Hillary Clinton told an audience of donors Friday night, September 9, 2016, that half of Donald Trump's supporters fall into "the basket of deplorables," meaning people who are racist, sexist, homophobic or xenophobic.
In an effort to explain the support behind Trump, Clinton went on to describe the rest of Trump supporters as people who are looking for change in any form because of economic anxiety and urged her supporters to empathize with them.
"To just be grossly generalistic, you can put half of Trump supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables," Clinton said. "Right? Racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic, you name it."
As an American, and a voter, I am insulted! And angry. How DARE you, Hillary, put patriotic Americans in a bullshit basket of "deplorables". What is deplorable is that your political party - the Democrats - has RUINED this country with over 50 years of liberal fantasies, fantasies that did not work, and as a result we, the people have legitimate and serious concerns over your ability and desire, as President of the United States, to represent us at all.
Speaking of deplorable, a lot of voters might consider Hillary Clinton to be deplorable - might consider her an unconvicted criminal, a lying crooked corrupt fraud, a career failure, and completely untrustworthy. Many voters believe Hillary Clinton is unqualified - by temperament or by political experience - to be President of the United States (or any other political office). Many people believe Hillary Clinton is crooked and corrupt, and a political basket case. And now, by putting concerned citizens of the United States of America in a "basket of deplorables" she has motivated tens of millions of American voters to be even MORE active in defeating her, and her "basket of idjiots". To just be grossly generalistic, you can put a lot of Hillary supporters into what I call the "basket of idjiots". The basket of idjiots contains all the Hillary Clinton supporters who are the liberal intellectual elites (intelligent idjiots) - idjiots who live in a left-wing liberal fantasy world - and want to force the rest of us to live there too.
