Michael Moore is a documentary film maker. He made millions being a liberal. This Facebook posting by Moore is in support of an anarchist organization calling for the protest and disruption of the 2016 Presidential Inauguration in Washington, D.C. on January 20, 2017.
Michael Moore is an asshat. So is everyone who attends the Presidential protest/disruption or supports it. This is NOT how America works. The losers lost. And now they are acting like the sore losers they are. We the people have spoken and American voters have denounced extreme liberalism. Trump won. If liberal or socialist or anarchist asshats don't like it and/or can't accept it then they can leave and move to a better country - if they can find one.
If there is a protest, and disruption of commerce and traffic and private property for more than 30 minutes, anywhere in America, I have called for a new federal law and the arrest and detention of any/all protesters. Read Lock them up!
In addition, perhaps the tens of millions of legal gun toting conservatives will start making a "citizen's arrest" on anybody who breaks the law while protesting. According to legaldictionary.net: "A person may be placed under citizen’s arrest if he is in breach of the peace, which is usually a misdemeanor charge. In order for this action to be legal, however, the arresting citizen must be present, witnessing the act, and have a reasonable belief that it will continue. The laws regarding when a citizen’s arrest should be made are intended to protect people from being randomly detained by other people. For this reason, any citizen considering placing someone under citizen’s arrest should be quite sure the other person is committing a felony, which is a serious crime. For example, an ordinary citizen generally cannot arrest or detain another person for a minor violation, such as a traffic violation. The only exception to this rule is when the offending person is breaching the peace, which is also referred to as “disturbing the peace". A breach of peace is the misdemeanor criminal act of engaging in disorderly conduct, such as:
- Making or causing excessively loud noise
- Shouting or yelling for an excessive period of time
- Playing music so loud as to disturb the neighbors
- Allowing a dog to bark continuously or frequently for prolonged periods of time
- Fighting in public, or threatening to cause or engage in a fight in public"
We the people should not tolerate bad disruptive behavior from loser liberals any longer. We the people are watching you. Loser liberals and other loser asshats have a right to freedom of speech, but only from the government. They do NOT have freedom of speech regarding other people, places and things. Don't believe me?
