Gender Jail

California Governor Jerry Brown signed a politically correct law aimed at protecting transgender and other LGBT individuals in hospitals, retirement homes and assisted living facilities. The bill would ensure those facilities accommodate transgender people and their needs, including letting them decide which gender-specific bathroom they prefer to use.

Among the unlawful actions are “willfully and repeatedly” failing to use a transgender person’s “preferred name or pronouns” after he or she is “clearly informed of the preferred name or pronouns.”

The law states that if provisions are violated, the violator could be punished by a fine “not to exceed one thousand dollars” or “by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed one year,” or both.

Another fine example of crazy California law. This is what the California legislature and the Governor think is one of the major important issues facing 40 million Californians? This is how elected state officials in California are spending taxpayer time and money??? And don't think for a minute that this law will not be widened to include hefty fines and possible jail time for anyone, anytime in loony liberal California who fails to use a transgender's preferred name or pronoun.

There are currently about 60 politically correct genders. Good luck trying to keep up. My solution? Though genders titles such as Mr, Mrs, Madam, etc are used as a title of respect, we could do away with gender titles altogether and call everyone only by name or generic title. To be politically correct, instead of addressing the President of the United States as Mr. President, we could address him as "President Trump". Or "Hey, Donald".

And, yes, like transgenders in California, the President can use any bathroom the President wishes to use.

We have news 24/7. 24 hours a day. On cable TV and/or online. We are bombarded with too many news stories, too much news! Most of it political.

There are not enough top news stories to fill 24 hours a day. What happens is the reverse of the old days. Today, because cable TV news runs 24 hours a day, they have to find news stories/commentary to fill the hours and hours of airtime - and advertising time. There aren't enough major stories to do that. So, what happens is that minor news gets reported (or they make up some news) to fill the time, and it becomes major news. Worse, everything is a BREAKING NEWS ALERT! And they also added non-news shows, known as commentary. Commentary programs means a pundit, or a bunch of pundits, render their personal political opinion. Opinion, not news.

Back in the day, before CNN invented 24/7 cable news, network national news was aired for a total of 30 minutes a day. In the evening. And ALL the major news stories fit into those 30 minutes. And local news was another 30 minutes a day. And ALL major local news stories fit into those 30 minutes. There was no time for filler news stories, lesser news stories, for opinion/commentary, or Fake News.

Today, we are treated to news 24/7. Too much non-worthy news stories. Too much talking. And too many ads. Let's limit news to 30 minutes a day again. Like the old days. 30 minutes of the most important stuff. And actual facts. Cable news networks can repeat it throughout the day and night so anybody who wants to get all the important news can do it, in 30 minutes, whenever they wish. We can call it Recap News. Or Real News.

Empty barrels are not racist

General John Kelly stated, "empty barrels make the most noise". He was referring to Congresswoman, Frederica Wilson (Democrat, Florida), who made a big fake political Democrat issue about Trump's phone call to a Gold Star family regarding the military death of their son. The soldier's widow was also present for the call. Representative Wilson listened in on the private phone call and then attacked President Trump for his insensitivity for basically saying about the dead soldier: "He/you knew what he was signing up for" - an apparent phrase used and understood by enlisted military personnel - who indeed know they may be killed in the line of duty.

After Kelly's impassioned emotional speech, in which he alluded to her blatant attack, saying an empty barrel makes the most noise, Wilson stated that his "empty barrel" comment was racist. Racist? An empty barrel is racist? Is she nuts? Yes! Empty barrels has NO racist meaning or overtones. She claimed she looked up the phrase in the dictionary and found it to be racist. I looked it up on Google, in numerous dictionaries, and found NO connection to racism anywhere! Check it out for yourself. The Congresswoman is delusional.

Furthermore, the quote seems to be derived from "An empty vessel makes the loudest sound, so they that have the least wit are the greatest babblers." This quote is attributed to Plato, the famous ancient Greek philosopher. How is "empty barrel" racist?

Harvey Weinstein was a major Hollywood film producer/distributor. His movies include Pulp Fiction and Rambo.

Harvey Weinstein is also an accused sexual harasser of women. The New York Times reported it discovered “previously undisclosed allegations against Mr. Weinstein stretching over nearly three decades” and reported that he’s “reached at least eight settlements with women. His sexual harassment including inviting women to watch him take a shower and requesting they give him nude massages.

Mr Weinstein is a Hollywood hypocrite.
While sexually harassing women for decades, he supported feminist icons like Hillary Clinton and Gloria Steinem and participated in a Women’s March in Park City, Utah. He also has hosted numerous fundraisers for Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, and has donated to Democrat liberals: Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) received $14,200 from Weinstein since the early 2000's; Cory Booker (D., NJ) has taken $7,800; Al Franken (D., Minn.) $10,000; Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.) $5,000. No doubt liberal recipients of Weinstein donations will immediately distance themselves from the alleged sexual harasser. Harvey who?

Weinstein has also contributed six-figure sums to the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC). Weinstein has given more than $100,000 to the DNC while tens of thousands of dollars have gone to the DSCC.

Harvey Weinstein is/was a rich and powerful liberal Hollywood male - and an accused harasser of women.

According to the New York Times, Weinstein is "working with therapists and planning to take a leave of absence to 'deal with this issue head on.' Really? Conservatives who allegedly sexually harassed women got fired or were forced to resign in disgrace - and Harvey is going to take a voluntary leave of absence and go to a shrink???

Harvey Weinstein is a Hollywood hypocrite. OK, I know, there's no shortage of liberal Hollywood hypocrites. And sexual harassers of women. Weinstein follows a long tradition of Hollywood misogyny. Since the early days of Hollywood there has been the "casting couch", where powerful Hollywood elites enticed female (and male) Hollywood hopefuls with movie roles in exchange for sexual favors. However, in the case of Harvey Weinstein, there is a distinction.

On behalf of all straight males, I condemn Harvey in the strongest terms. It gets worse. Harvey Weinstein is a moron, a disappointment to men everywhere. He suggested women watch him take a shower? Give him a massage? Forced himself on women? He is rich and powerful and had enormous influence over young beautiful women wanting to get into show business. Hollywood is full of willing sexy starlets. And Harvey passed up all that beautiful free WILLING pussy and sexually harassed unwilling women in Hollywood instead? Shame on you, Harvey! You are a disgrace to males everywhere.

And, as punishment for sexually harassing women, you are giving yourself a leave of absence? And you're gonna see a shrink? What about resigning? What about going to jail? Instead, Weinstein said, "I am going to need a place to channel that anger so I’ve decided that I’m going to give the NRA my full attention." He tried to change the subject; from his sexual harassment indiscretions to ... gun control? Talk about out of touch!

And where's the immediate outcry from liberals? When a conservative male is caught harassing women, liberals start screaming instantly and endlessly condemn them. In the early days of this scandal, I heard few screams condemning Harvey Weinstein. In fact, many Hollywood A-listers who worked with, or knew Weinstein remained silent and/or had no comment. Many waited up to 5 days, to see which way the wind would blow.

Liberals are hypocrites. Hollywood liberals are even more hypocritical. Harvey Weinstein proves the point.

Trump to punish NY and California

The Trump tax plan includes an end to the deduction of state and local taxes from federal taxes owed. Under the old existing plan, High income New York City residents can deduct the 12+ percent of state and local taxes and the highest income Californians can deduct over 13%.

Under Trump's tax reform package these deductions would end. Thus, if those tax deductions ended, high income New Yorkers and Californians would, in effect, get a 12%-13% tax INCREASE.

New York and California are two of the most populous states. And the two biggest left-wing liberal states. The majority of lefty liberals live in either NY or CA. And they all hate Trump.

The Trump tax reduction plan, in removing the state and local income tax deduction, punishes liberals in New York and California. Liberals love higher taxes. Let's see how they like paying 12-13% more. Revenge is sweet, bitches.

More money in your pocket

Who WOULDN'T want more money in their pocket? Lower income people would like (and need) to have more money in their pocket. Middle class people would like to have more money in their pockets. Upper middle class people would like to have more money in their pocket. Rich people wouldn't mind having more money in their pocket.

If they had more money they would likely spend more money - which would create MORE jobs. That's Economics 101.

Small business owners would like to pay less taxes and have more money in their pockets. Why? Small business owners tend to want to expand their business and having more money to do that is a very good thing. Small businesses are the main employers and job creators in America. And, as businesses expand, they need to hire more employees, thereby creating more jobs. Again, that's Economics 101.

And wouldn't millennials and future generations like to be able to get a good job after graduating from school?

President Donald Trump is putting forth a massive tax reduction. Primarily for the middle class. And maybe the rich. And for small businesses. And big businesses. A tax reduction that will stimulate the economy and create tons of new jobs - for those who choose to work, work hard, and maybe have a life. A tax cut. More jobs. More money in your pocket. And, eventually, with more people paying taxes, more tax income for the government to spend (and waste). The same thing will happen that happened when JFK reduced taxes. The same thing that happened when Ronald Reagan reduced taxes. Economics 101.

Who DOESN'T want to have more money in their pockets? Who DOESN'T want a tax reduction? Apparently, liberals. Liberals don't want you to have more money in your pocket. Why? Because they are against everything and anything Trump does, even if it's a good thing ... for everybody. Why are liberals doing that? Because they are a-holes. And, for some insane reason, liberals want to continue their massive failures of the Obama era. And they want to restrict and control YOUR life. While doing whatever THEY want.

Stop Wearing Cotton!

What is Jeff Sessions doing? He's been the Attorney General for 8 months and we don't have one single indictment of ANY wrongdoers from the Obama Administration.

Evidence of criminal scandalous behavior already exists on so many Obama political appointees so Sessions doesn't have to start from scratch. He should have started the indictment of liberals on DAY ONE! Starting with Hillary Clinton.

The Obama Administration was the most criminally corrupt administration in the history of the United States. There is plenty of evidence and plenty of proof. Why are we letting them get away with it? According to their website, the Quinnipiac Poll has published the following poll result: "Do you approve or disapprove of the way Congress is handling its job?" A total of 10% approved of the way Congress is handling its job.

Congress has a 10% approval rating? Why is it that high? How can 10 out of a hundred people approve of the do-nothing bullsh-tting Republican controlled Congress? WHY? Based on what, doing n-o-t-h-i-n-g? 10% of those polled approved of Congress. Are they idiots? What planet do these 10% live on?

And, though 10% approved of Congress, 84% disapproved. Yes, that totals 94%. What about the other 6%? They said they didn't know (or the question was not applicable). Didn't know? Not applicable? What planet do THOSE people live on? OK, maybe they just didn't give a sh-t. I can understand that. What I can't understand is the 10% who approved of Congress. Oh, wait a minute, maybe the 10% are friends and family of the members of Congress. Or government workers, government workers who can show up and do NOTHING - and get paid for it.

For Americans in their right mind, the approval rating of Congress should be no higher than 2%. If that high.

In 1956, Soros moved to New York, to work for another Wall St brokerage firm, F.M. Mayer. In 1966, he started a hedge fund. Hedge funds are perhaps the single most capitalistic endeavor in the world. As a hedge fund owner and a foreign currency trader, he became wealthy and today has a fortune estimated at $25 billion. Yes, BILLION.

George Soros made his fortune as one of the world's foremost financial capitalists. And lives like a king. Yet he supports, and funds, a number of anti-capitalist organizations, marches and protests. Doesn't that make him a hypocrite?

The cost of illegals

Do illegal immigrants pay taxes? Do they make a positive financial contribution or cost taxpayers tons of money? According to The Mercury News, a prominent SF Bay Area news outlet: "Undocumented residents in the United States pay an estimated $11.74 billion annually in state and local taxes."

WOW! Illegal immigrants pay nearly $12 billion in taxes annually! Sounds great, doesn't it? Democrats always say that illegal immigrants make a positive financial contribution to America and more than pay for the state and local government services they use. Maybe the Democrats are right.

Or are they?

According to MercuryNews.com: "Ira Mehlman of the Federation for American Immigration Reform said the $11.74 billion tax contribution covers only a small fraction of what undocumented residents and their dependents use in government services. The Washington, D.C. organization, which favors stricter immigration enforcement, estimates it collectively costs state and local governments about $84 billion a year to provide education, health care, public safety and other services to undocumented residents and their dependents."

Hmm. Illegal immigrants use $84 billion in services and only pay $12 billion? Using third-grade math, that's a financial deficit of more than $70 billion! Annually. And who's paying for it? You are.

Google and lynching

Imagine my reaction when I went to google.com and saw the above visual of a 1917 protest march -- about lynching. Lynching? Lynching was the hanging of people, often blacks, usually from a tree. Really? WTF is this doing on the google home page? It turns out that the pic is also a link, to an organization called "Lynching in America". I looked on their website and, in the guise of celebrating the anti-lynching march of 1917, they also seem to be making sure people know about the old practice of lynching blacks AND promoting that history, relating it to today's racial discrimination, as if America's racial discrimination today is equivalent to lynching. Or slavery. I was appalled! THERE IS NO SLAVERY IN AMERICA ANYMORE. THERE IS NO LYNCHING IN AMERICA TODAY. It doesn't happen or, if it does, it's extremely rare. So why are organizations keeping it alive? Why is there a "Lynching In America" organization? And why the heck is google giving money to it???

Yes, there was slavery in America. Yes, there was lynching. Yes, there was segregation. All horrible. All in the past. Why is the subject of lynching on the f-ing home page of google? To celebrate something that happened 100 years ago.

Hey, google. According to Lynching in America, there were 4,000 blacks lynched in America, between the Civil War (1861) and WWII (1941). Yes, ANY blacks who were enslaved or lynched is a historical horror. However, the Jews were slaves over 5,000 years ago. In Egypt. 5,000 years before American black slavery. There was slavery of Jews. Before blacks. Before EVERYBODY. Let us not forget that and let's keep Jewish victimhood alive, every day. In the interest of fairness, where is the google home page visual which features ancient Egyptian slavery of Jews? What about the genocide of Jews in World War II, where 6 MILLION Jews were executed? What about the Armenian genocide? What about human trafficking, a type of modern slavery? Where are the google home page visuals against all that?

According to Lynching In America, 4,000 blacks were lynched between the Civil War and World War II. 4,000. In 80 years. Let's put that into perspective. According to US News & World Report, there were 2,380 blacks killed ... by blacks ... in 2015. 2,380 blacks killed by blacks -- in ONE year. Where's the mainstream liberal media outrage about THAT?

According to the Lynching in America website here is what their aim is: "The project tells a story of racial terror in America and explores how its legacy continues to shape our nation today". And, according to the Lynching In America website, google has given them $2.5 million dollars -- to help them celebrate "racial justice". It seems to me that Lynching In America is celebrating and promoting racial discord -- and racial division.

The Lynching In America google home page promotion is offensive. And the celebratory picture of the March of 1917 links to a racist anti-white organization, Lynching In America. Shame on google.

Better politics

The defeated Democracks have a new political slogan in 2017: “A Better Deal: Better Jobs, Better Wages, Better Future”.

What does that mean? Democracks are politicians, and politicians are all liars: you can't believe anything they say. A "Better Deal"? What does that involve? We don't know. We will just have to wait and see. Why? Because the Dems have to pass it to find out what's in it. In the meantime, here's my guess

A "Better Deal" may actually mean lower illegal drug prices, technical training for drug dealers, and no jail time for those who are caught and convicted. Better deals, better dealers.

"Better Jobs" may refer to new sales and marketing jobs, agricultural jobs, and security jobs -- in the marijuana industry.

"Better Wages" no doubt only means a government mandated increase in the minimum wage. Not enough to live on, but better wages.

"Better future" probably means more environmental extremism, more severe global warming restrictions, and more stringent and costly anti-business regulations. And better safe spaces for every/any young liberal (or minority person) who doesn't like something, no matter what it is. And, of course, more rights and goodies - a better future - for illegal immigrants.

In any event, the Democracks' "Better Deal" will no doubt require MORE government. MORE regulations. MORE taxes. And MORE political correctness. And MORE lying.

How to Tame North Korea

How does America tame the crazed murderous North Korean regime?

North Korea is out of control. And becoming increasingly dangerous. How does the United States get NoKo to knock it off?

Here's a simple solution. It's fast. And doesn't cost us a dime. Here's how we stop North Korea ...

North Korea is supported and controlled by China. China supplies lots of oil and lots of food to North Korea. And buys their coal. Here's what we do: President Trump picks up the phone and calls the President of China. Trump says, "American companies pay China to manufacture all our stuff. I'm thinking about encouraging American business to have everything made, not in China, but in India. Of course, that would bankrupt China in about a week. Or, perhaps, if China puts serious pressure on North Korea and threatens to cut off their food supply unless they behave, I might change my mind and let China continue to make our stuff and continue to prosper. I'll give you an hour to decide."

China would either have to control its puppet, North Korea, and make them behave, or immediately go bankrupt and lose their prominent place in the world. What do you think China would do?

And the outrageous North Korean regime would have to choose whether to continue to misbehave, or die of starvation. Either way, we win.

One phone call and the North Korea problem is solved. Now, THAT'S diplomacy! Economic diplomacy.

The world population in 2017 is estimated at 7.5 billion people. And the entire world is partially-to-mainly based on gender. So why don't we just immediately change the entire world, and society, to accommodate a tiny percentage of the planet's population? Yeah, let's totally change society. Immediately. To accommodate .4% of the population (less than 1%). Sounds reasonable to me. Not.

The world and its societies are huge. And slow to change direction. Like an oil supertanker. Do you know how many miles it takes for a fully loaded oil supertanker to make a turn? 200 miles! A fully loaded oil supertanker going 200 miles would take about 17 hours. 17 hours just to change direction, to make a turn. And, like a loaded supertanker, it takes a large society a long time to change direction. Years, decades, generations, to change direction. Let's be a little more patient.

"When Seattle officials voted three years ago to incrementally boost the city's minimum wage up to $15 an hour, they'd hoped to improve the lives of low-income workers. Yet according to a major new study that could force economists to reassess past research on the issue, the hike has had the opposite effect.

The city is gradually increasing the hourly minimum to $15 over several years. Already, though, some employers have not been able to afford the increased minimums. They've cut their payrolls, putting off new hiring, reducing hours or letting their workers go, the study found.

The costs to low-wage workers in Seattle outweighed the benefits by a ratio of three to one, according to the study, conducted by a group of economists at the University of Washington who were commissioned by the city. The study, published as a working paper Monday by the National Bureau of Economic Research, has not yet been peer reviewed.

On the whole, the study estimates, the average low-wage worker in the city lost $125 a month because of the hike in the minimum."

Didn't these politicians ever take a basic economics course? Economics 101 would have told the Seattle politicians that this would happen. Dummies. The Minimum Wage was NEVER intended to be a living wage for a family. It was intended as a low STARTING wage, for young people to gain some work experience and put a few dollars in their pocket. And then move on to better pay. Those stuck in minimum wage jobs forever tend to have less (or little) education. Who's fault is that? Welcome to the new America where, supported by liberalism, you need not take responsibility for ANY of your own problems or failures.

Seattle, WA. Home of the country's first mandated $15 an hour Minimum Wage. The Minimum Wage increase didn't work (no pun intended). Instead, it caused harm. Once again, by their own arrogance, stupidity and blindness, liberal politicians hurt the very people they wanted to help.

UPDATE: and on July 1, 2017, Los Angeles raised the Minimum Wage to $12, on the way to $15. I guess the left-wing liberal Los Angeles City Council didn't learn anything either.

Obama Boulevard? Really? The L.A. City council doesn't have more important things to do than change the name of a street to honor a failed President?

What about the critical and real issues facing Los Angeles, issues like the worst traffic congestion in the nation, unaffordable housing and high taxes? No, the City Council would rather spend taxpayer time and money on renaming a street Obama Boulevard! Hey, L.A. City Council clowns, who are you representing; the taxpaying legal residents of L.A. or yourselves? Or Obama?

UPDATE: a few months later, in the face of statewide high taxes, strangling business regulations, unaffordable housing, and monumental traffic congestion, the California state legislature voted to rename a portion of a major L.A. freeway, President Barack H. Obama Highway. THAT'S what they thought was important. I guess, at the state level, California politicians didn't learn anything either.

San Francisco city supervisors unanimously approved a measure that bans the sale of flavored nicotine-laced liquid used in electronic cigarettes and flavored tobacco products, saying nicotine masked in cotton candy, banana cream, mint and other flavors entices kids into a lifetime of addiction.

Other cities have passed laws reducing access to flavored vaping liquids and flavored tobacco but San Francisco is the first in the country to approve a sales ban.

Sales of vaping liquids that taste like tobacco will still be allowed.

"We're focusing on flavored products because they are widely considered to be a starter product for future smokers," said Supervisor Malia Cohen, who sponsored the bill.

Gregory Conley, president of the American Vaping Association, a nonprofit organization that advocates for vaping products, said the ordinance is "complete nonsense" and ignores the benefits of flavored vaping products.

"There is a great deal of evidence that flavors are critical to helping adults quit smoking by helping them disconnect from the taste of tobacco," said Conley, who quit smoking in 2010 with the help of watermelon flavored "e-liquid," the liquid used in electronic cigarettes.

Hey, San Francisco city supervisors, here's a newsflash. The legal age for buying electronic cigarettes in California is 21. That means anyone under the age of 21 already cannot buy or use flavored vaping liquids. The kids you want to protect are already protected - they can't buy these products. There is a law against that.

So, in protecting children, why are the San Fran city council clowns banning something that is already legally banned throughout the entire state? Because they are fucking idiots. Hey, San Francisco, you want to keep kids in your city from buying/using flavored vaping liquids? ENFORCE THE ALREADY EXISTING LAW, YOU MORONS!!!
